The epidemiologic examinations in children of 6-17 years speak of the high frequency of maxillo-dental anomalies (MDA) in them. According to anamnesis data 25,4% of dental patients belong to the group of development of allergic reactions at the use of local anesthetics. According to the results of ultrasound densitometry the limits of variations of mineral density of osseous tissue of skeleton for children of different age in Ukraine were determined. The mechanisms of the alteration in osseous tissue at orthodontic dental shift were specified. The schemes of complex treatment of MDA and chronic catarrhal gingivitis at MDA and the complex for the treatment of chronic catarrhal gingivitis at teeth congestion in children were elaborated and substantiated. The complex therapy of caries and gingivitis in children at diseases of hepatobiliary system was offered. The complex therapy at dental implantation in patients with reduced nonspecific resistance was suggested. The scheme of treatment of dental periodontitis in children's teeth with ingenerated roots was worked out.
