It is established that the integral scintillation efficiency of ion registration by KDP:Ce3+ crystals exceeds the efficiency of gamma-radiation registration by 1-2 orders. It is shown that for KDP crystals containing TiO2, the efficiency of nonlinear optical response of the nanoparticles increases the contribution of resonance two-photonon absorption of inherent matrix defects practically by an order.
