The Aim of the work: The Search, scientific treatment and preparing for publication the Ukrainian and foreign published as well as unpublished writing sources that reflect history of the social and political development of Ukraine in the 20s - 30s of the 20th century. Documents and materials from the history of social and political development of Ukraine in the period of the Ukrainian Peoples' Republic, the Ukrainian State and the Soviet Ukraine of the 1920s - 30s were treated and prepared for publication. On the ground of the V.I. Vernadskyi National library's in Kyiv funds a bibliography on theme of the research work was created as a ground for further projects. Also the Name and Geographic Indexes were formed, the materials were collated with originals, Prefaces, Commentaries were written and the scientific editing as well as preparing for publishing were conducted.
