Methodology: Research object: Patients with bile passage disorders, patients with pancreatic pseudocysts. The experimental, clinical, biochemical, X-ray, ultrasonic, endoscopic, histological and statistical methods were used in the present study. Results. The experimental study has shown the influence of the bile passage disorders on pH level of the duodenum, mucous damage and ulcer formation. The way of the cholecystoanastomosis has been worked out to prevent peptic ulcer formation of the duodenum. Data of patients ultrasonic monitoring of pseudocysts structure are true in the result of histological, biochemical and cytological examination depending on their level of maturity. The classification of pancreatic pseudocysts degree of maturity was suggested on the basis of objective features and allows to chose the way of treatment.
