This Activity was compared with the indexes of the functional heart state at patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) of different functional classes. There was revealed the connection between clinical, instrumental and biochemical markers of CHF. There were found clinical cri-teria, which allow to predict a high probability of isolated diastolic disfunction of the left heart ventricle. Also there was investigated the efficiency of different scheme of CHF treatment de-pending on the state of neurogumoral regulation, which enables to increase the efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of CHF patients.
