The work also shows the distribution of morbidity of controlled infections depends on vaccination level, social factors and intense mechanism of infection transmission. This study also investigates the influence of detrimental to health environment factors (motortransport atmospheric emission, increased radiation level) on the state of diphtheria and pertussis immunity. The study recognises the great economic loss of diphtheria and economic effectivity of immunoprophylaxis of these diseases. The method of prognosis of infectious diseases epidemic level were elaborated (using the model of meningococcal infection) with use of the informational technologies.
