Pulmonary tuberculosis, caused by genotypes Beijing and LA-M, was characterized by more expressed toxic syndrome, tubercular process had predilection to chronicity. It is revealed, that acquired drug resistance to rifampicine and kanamycine appeared often among patients with Beijing (83-82 %) and LA-M (74-64 %) genotypes and among the people with LA-M - to ethambutol. The received results allow to recommend complex inspection of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with definition of genotype of the originator for higher efficiency of diagnostic of tuberculosis.
