The article of research is the organizationally-economic providing of management efficiency and competitiveness of subjects of household. The basic setting of work is a theoretical ground and development of practical recommendations on forming of the system of the organizationally-economic providing of management efficiency and competitiveness of subjects of household in the modern terms of development of economy of Ukraine. The purpose of work is a theoretical ground of necessity of forming of the organizationally-economic providing of management efficiency and competitiveness of subjects of household on the stage of realization strategy of steady development and innovation alteration of economy of regions and development of the proper complex of science and practical recommendations. Got scientific and scientific and technical results: conceptual principles of development of the system of providing of economic security of enterprise, estimation of efficiency of marketing activity of enterprise, efficiency of innovative activity of enterprise and management information are grounded in theory; the complex of models is developed for the mechanism of making a decision on perfection of the programs of reformation of housing economy in the regions of Ukraine, based on cross-correlation-regressive and cluster analyses. It will allow to promote efficiency of making a decision in HCS (housing and communal services), directed on balanced of quality of the given services and level of solvency of population; methodical approach is improved in relation to forming of corporate strategy of development of regional enterprises of electroenergy on the basis of analysis of strategic positions of enterprises; methodical approaches are improved in relation to the estimation of competitiveness of enterprise, commodity and efficiency of activity of subjects of household, which provides their adequacy of vagueness of modern external environment; - determination of concept "Strategy of development of corporation" is improved as the set of aims of development and methods of their achievement for providing of profitability at the observance of optimum balance of interests of all of stakeholders; the model of estimation of efficiency of innovative project, which unlike existing combines the dynamics of receipt of the discounted payments at the different charts of financing, got further development.
