Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Studies were carried out to analyze and classify the character of damages and type of wear depending upon the peculiarities of operation of structural members of modern aircraft engines AI-24, AI-25, AN-25T, D-18T, D-36 and RD-33, which use heat-resistant nickel alloys of a complex alloying system, such as JS-6U, VI, JS-26U, JS-32VI, VJL-12E VI, as well as other alloys with polycrystalline, directed solidification and single-crystal structures. Evaluation of their performance was conducted. Various repair technologies and consumables were tried out for welding and repair of blades and vanes of nozzle blocks of alloy EP648 and steel Kh23N11V2. It was found out that the comprehensive heat treatment of blades of alloys JS-26 and JS-32 (austenization - intermediate ageing - final ageing) recovers strength and, in particular, ductile characteristics. Technological fixture was developed and manufactured: for formation of the deposited bead, for feeding the shielding gas to the internal cavity of a blade, for measuring geometric dimensions of a blade prior to weld deposition, after deposition and after final machining. Specification draft was worked out for restorative repair of structural members of aircraft gas turbine engines Product Description popup.authors Звягінцева Ганна Віталіївна Червякова Людмила Василівна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
