It was used more than ten methods of researches. Initial stages of formation of chemical heterogeneity in metal of these pipes which in long time operation result all over again in formation of the centers of destruction, and then and the destruction of metal are found out. Existence of one more mechanism of destruction - heterogeneous which under some conditions of operation can exist independently is revealed, and at others - precedes formation of already known mechanisms of destruction - to weariness, undercristaliitic to corrosion, hydrogen to the embrittlementand etc. On the basis of these researches recommendations for workers HPP for prolongation of term of safe operation superheaters boilers HPP are developed.
