Technical requirements for development of Space Segment of the NCSS of Ukraine: - payload performance requirements; - satellite bus requirements; - ground infrastructure requirements; - requirements concerning the scope of work of creating the satellite and ground control complex. 3. Technical requirements for the complete information security system of the NCSS of Ukraine: - analysis of Ukrainian and international legislature concerning standards and requirements of providing stable, reliable and safe operation of communication, radio, and TV broadcasting systems over open radio, cable and fiber-optic networks; - analysis of potential risks and threats of the NCSS operation; - creation of the compete information security system of the NCSS of Ukraine; - logistics support of the NCSS security system; - time schedule of creation of the NCSS of Ukraine. Use of scientific work: the work is being carried out based on NSAU order # 274 "About confirming of updated plans of NDDKR for 2009, that is achieved using Stabilization fund resources" dated September 07, 2009, and Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine # 696, dated May 03, 2007.
