Press equipment and forming tool have been developed and manufactured for joining the zinc-plated sheets of steel 08 (rimmed). The boundary values of reological characteristics of adhesives, influencing the shape formation of adhesion-bonded-mechanical joints are established and a highly-filled adhesive composition of a cold solidification is developed on the silicon-polyurathane base, which does not prevent the formation of the joint shape. The parameters of process of joint formation are determined depending on the thickness of sheet steel 08 (rimmed), rate of drawing and upsetting in the presence of an layer of adhesive. The technology of producing mechanical and adhesion-bonded -mechanical joints, reinforcing the elements of building and transport structures has been developed.
