The work consists of three sections. The first section contains a description of computational methods for determining residual stresses in the zone of welding of the pipeline wall thinning of the pipeline to develop an appropriate computer program. On the basis of the provisions described developed a computer program for determining residual stresses in the cladding (welding) surface wall thinning and shows some results on the distribution of the components of the tensor of residual welding stresses. The second section is devoted to numerical study of the degree of relaxation of residual stresses depending on the mode of local heat treatment, the results of calculations confirm the efficacy of local heat treatment to reduce residual stresses. In the third section formulates the basic principle of repair of corrosion thinning of origin on the pipelines from steel 10GN2MFA working under pressure at temperatures of ~ 300 0C.
