Object: circadian regularities in variations of operator cognitive performance and parameters of its physiological maintenance under prolonged day and night working shifts at the different work conditions (levels of noise, air temperature of working area, work tension). Purpose: to reveal the regularities in dynamics of human-operator circadian biological rhythms under combined effects of production factors under shiftwork. Methods: informative, psychological, physiological (testing of the cardiovascular system, Holter monitoring of cardiac activity; thermo-regulation state, metabolism of electrolytes - potassium, calcium, magnesium), hygienic, mathematic-statistical. It is revealed that the normal circadian rhythms of parameters of human body functioning could be changed under harmful levels (class 3) of work conditions factors that is associated in literature with the unfavourable changes in body functioning and pathology development. The mean-24-hour levels, amplitude, phase character and severity of variations, acrophases position are being changed. The operator activity is the most complicated in the early morning hours owing to the pronounced delay in the subjective time perception, sharp decline in the efficiency of the informative flow processing due to the parameters of speed, quality, productivity against the background of low efficiency of cognitive functions. The increased activation of sympathetic nervous system in regulation of both cardiac activity and electrolytes metabolism and also the growing in the centralization of regulatory influences were revealed at night shifts The increase in work tension up to the harmful level (class 3.2) results in the worsening of the efficiency of realization of higher mental functions in operator, especially - at night shifts. Increased air temperatures often stimulates the efficiency of mental activity; noise may have differently directed effects. We establish The leading role of high temperature (29'C) in the thermoregulation breaks formation has been established. The thermoregulation breaks were reinforced with high work tension, especially at night. Indicators of regulation of both cardiovascular activitiy and electrolytes metabolism are sensitive to changes in the levels of each of the studied factors of work conditions. The application for the object of the intellectual property and methodical recommendations have been prepared. The results of this study will be used in the further investigations aiming to improve the physiology-hygiene norms setting of night operator works.
