To explain the physical processes along the synthesis of metal-carbon magnetic composites based on the transition metals the theoretical studies of phase transitions in the carbon systems, as well as of transport and magnetic properties of disordered alloys of transition metals were carried out. The structure and magnetic properties of the metal-carbon composites also were experimentally studied. Based on the analysis of experimental and theoretical studies the physical models of metal-carbon magnetic nanocomposites formation were performed for the purpose of controllability of the process of obtaining high-resistant nanoparticles, whose parameters such as size, shape and magnetic properties will remain unchanged for a long time.
