It was shown the physical properties of Co2CrGa films critically depend on atomic structure of the films. To use Co2CrGa films as spin-injectors best crystallinity in such a films should be realized. Tunnel junctions half-metallic ferromagnet-insulator-superconductor have been fabricated and peculiarities of spin-polarized current injection into superconductor depending on barrier height, atomic structure of ferromagnetic films, superconductor material have been investigated. It was shown that recombination of the spin-polarized charge-carriers into cooper pairs comes though another way that for the case of junctions with normal metals. The tool for evaluation of the degree of spin-polarization of charge carriers in ferromagnetic films has been developed.
