It has been experimentally discovered the advantage of feeding completed prestarter and starter feeds in the pelleted form to calves, that allows to significantly reduce amount of milk feeds, promotes earlier (at 2,5 - 3 months) ruminal digestion, more effective utilization of forages, and development of desirable conformation type with optimal muscle to bone ratio.
