Purpose - is improvement of efficiency of the operative formation and transmission in the database of the computer-aided working place of reliable current state information about the agro-biological state of the field in real time. Research methods are mechanical-technological bases of agricultural mechanics, theory of technological processes control, theory of the automated control systems. In a report the review of modern methods of monitoring of the field state is done at the course of using of technologies of precision agriculture. Information is represented about the sequence of development and making of the informatively-technical system and its basic element - the specialized field informative vehicle (FIV) for registration and accumulation of site-specific information. A principle circuit and the elements and parts of transmission of navigation, photo and video information on the telemetric channels are made and the subsequent computer analysis of the got images, directed on determination of the state of plants and soil environment of agricultural field is developed. Assembling of parts and the test of the capacity for work is made. The technological module of registration and analysis of gas phase of soil air is made. The laboratory-fields researches are conducted and the test of capacity of the technological modules and remote control system of FIV are done. The method of construction of mathematical model of processes of FIM navigation is represented, the imitation design of FIM motion along the indicated direction is made. The acquired elements of the remote control and also elements of the system for monitoring of the field state are made. The laboratory-fields experimental researches of the offered technological modules and machine are conducted, and also estimation of economic effect from application of new class of agricultural machines - the fields informative systems is given.
