The purpose - development of new methods of research and projection of agricultural machines with optimum parameters. Method of research - theoretical, analytical research of lever mechanisms, mathematical modeling of agricultural machine's work. New algorithms of kinematic calculation of lever mechanisms, and also algorithm for choice a flywheel for machine aggregates with the lever mechanisms working from the electric drive are offered. Angular acceleration of a crank and the interior moment on its shaft are analytically defined. Mathematical models of machines with continually-discrete parameters are developed and improved. New basis functions for the analysis of kinematic chains are constructed. Algorithms of a numerical solution of a set of equations are developed for machines with the continuous-lumped parameters. Introduction of research outcomes will allow for project institutes and special design bureau of agricultural machine industry factories to develop and design new machines with rational parameters.
