Test aim - to examine and improve existing and develop new methods of fixation, producing, preservation of anatomical preparations of muscular system, central nervous system and viscera of animals. Methods and equipment - the complex of museum morphological techniques of making anatomical preparations of the muscular system, central nervous system and viscera of animals (preparation, fixation, dehydration, impregnation, polymerization) through the use of innovative plastination technology (polymeric embalming) using freezers, vacuum pumps and vacuum chamber. As a result of research recommendations "polymer embalming of biological objects" were prepared. The method polymeric embalming of anatomical preparations using polymers produced domestically was the first conducted in Ukraine.
