Subjects of inquiry are material carriers of information (conclusions of scientific researches obtained in the process of implementation of judicial-economic examination, financial, statistical and book-keeping reporting). The subject of research is theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of the analysis of financially-economic activity of enterprises on questions of the suppression of bankruptcy, fictitious bankruptcy and bringing to bankruptcy of enterprises. Research methods are collection, generalization and analysis of information, comparison, economic analysis. The results of scientific labour elucidate by receptions and methods of research of separate economic crimes which more frequently meet at criminal bankruptcies. Economic efficiency of the labour is diminishing of terms of leadthrough of examinations, appointed on this type of the crimes, and also drawing on the results of research in development of prophylactic measures on prevention of the economic crimes.
