Practice of setting and realization of forensic examinations on the criminal cases, related to violations of rules of accident prevention on a motor transport is generalized. Methodical recommendations by realization of forensic examinations which investigate reasons and consequences of failure to observe of requirements of rules of accident prevention and labour protection on a motor transport are worked out on the basis of normatively-legal acts, regulativing forensic activity, theoretical principles of forensic examination and generalization of expert practice.
