Aim: to show the feasibility and conformity assessment amounts of declared and paid taxes to their economic development indicators on the base of the analysis of modern techniques and methods of forecasting and tax income modelling in Ukraine and development of the general tax income model building depending on the type of data when changing the tax laws in individual taxes - income tax, value added tax and others to evaluate the economic situation in regional economies. Method of study: Methodological basis for study is the dialectical method and methods of systematic, formal-logical, structural and functional analysis, economic - mathematical analysis. We study the possibility of economic-mathematical methods and models to identify characteristics of income taxes, the relationship of their volume change with the change of macroeconomic indicators of state development, a specific type of economic activity taking into account the risk in tax revenue forecasting in the context of the State Budget of Ukraine forecasting. The results were introduced in writing the relevant textbooks and lecture courses, teaching complex, scientific seminars on topical issues of general tax income modelling taking into account the socio - economic development of regions within the changes in the tax laws in Ukraine, writing articles and preparation of thesis for the report for international scientific conferences and so on.
