Than these particles formate the particles of ZnS with wurzite structure. The amorphous phase has Eg = 4,05 eV. It was established that MW irradiation influences to formation of the amorphous ZnS particles. By precipitation of cadmium sulfide from thiourea solutions dependent on synthesis conditions formation of sphalerit particles (Eg = 2,45 eV) or wurzite particles (Eg = 2,38 eV) is possible.
