On the basis of study of organizational principles of functioning of models of of providing of medical care children with congenital heart diseases in Europe and the world, the organizational model of diagnostics and treatment of congenital heart diseases is created for children, which includes for itself 3 basic the stage: diagnostic (prenatal and postnatal), treat (pre-operative and operative) and rehabilitation. On the prenatal stage criteria are offered for the selection of pregnant groups of risk for the lead through of fetal echocardiography in the case of remote districts - these researches can be carried out with the use of telemedicine technologies. On the postnatal stage the lead through of pulsoximatry screening is offered. For optimization of medical and rehabilitation process a form is developed for the National register of patients with congenital heart diseases, its internet-version.
