The rate of sedimentation of a coating for the given length of a heater allows to deposit a coating at thickness of 10 microns with a speed 500 microns/hours and above. Application of this technological process probably, except for atomic engineering, in such areas, as chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and other areas which require protection of internal surfaces of the equipment working in conditions corrosive and erosive deterioration. Technological process of sedimentation of coatings on internal surfaces of heat exchanging pipes in diameter of 16 mm prototype models is fulfilled. It is deposited protective chromium carbide coatings on internal surfaces of breadboard models of heat exchanging pipes. Absence of through porosity in such coatings is reached at thickness of 15 microns. The given coatings have shown high stability in the environment of the heat-carrying agent at temperature 350°С and pressure 15 MPa during autoclave tests. The technological scheme of installation, recommendations and requirements for creation of the multipurpose installation for increasing productivity of the suggested scheme is offered.
