The aim of the work is implementation of investigations on determination of technical parameters and creation of the equipment for delivery of the loads along the mine workings of the mines during elimination of the accidents to accelerate the search-and-rescue operations and to carry out the works at the places difficult of access under conditions of absence of the power-supply sources. During carrying-out the works the Declaration useful model patent of the Ukraine N 3962 "Ropeway for delivery of the loads along the mine workings" was used. The method of investigations is analysis of the methods and equipment of delivery of the loads along the mine workings disturbed by the explosion or the fire that are not equipped with transport means or when it is impossible to install them because of raising of the soil or of obstruction resulting from the accident and under conditions of absence of the power-supply sources. The calculation of the parameters of the rapid-mounted portable device for delivery of the loads along the mine workings of the mines during accident elimination was conducted. As a result of the investigations carried out the performance specification for the equipment for delivery of the loads along the mine workings of the mine during accident elimination to accelerate the search-and-rescue operations and to carry out the works at the places difficult of access under conditions of absence of the power-supply sources (hereinafter referred to as device) was worked out. The text design documentation on a prototype was worked out, the prototype of the device was manufactured, and its preliminary and acceptance tests were carried out. The creation and introduction of the device will allow raising the labour effectiveness at the expense of shortening of time of the development : during elimination of the consequences of the accidents, that one of the fulfilment of assembly- and-disassembly operations and repairs, shortening the time of their carrying-out, heightening the safety and reducing the traumatism.
