MPW can be the basis of levitation without electric losses and without automatics for ensuring stability of suspension in a free state. The concept for construction of mathematical models of vehicle and rotating body dynamics has been proposed. Stability of suspension in free state has been investigated. The visualizating system for magnetic field of orbitrary system of parallel straight currents is has been implemented (it can be the stage for development of passanger vagon magnetic shielding system). The computer toolkit has been developed and the experiments in support of the founded existence conditions for levitation phenomenon "Magnetic Potential Well" have been held.
