The emission line intensities and abundances of the chemical elements were determined in our sample of galactic spectra. It was found that the ?-elements-to-oxygen abundance ratio is not depend on the abundance of oxygen; thus, ?-elements, likely, were synthesized in the same massive stars as oxygen. The oxygen-to-iron abundance ratio is fast decreasing with increase of the oxygen abundance. This is an evidence of the greater part of iron to be in the dust phase, not in the gas phase, in the galaxies with higher oxygen abundances. The gradients of the abundance of chemical elements (especially, oxygen) in the some spiral galaxies have been obtained. It was demonstrated that there is the upper limit of oxygen abundance in the galaxies at the level exceeded the solar abundance by twice only.
