They are "technological parks without walls". Special commercial-legal regime spreads only on their concrete projects, but doesn't spread on territory (territories are "virtual"), which will add the Commercial Code of Ukraine. Since 2005 year as a result of change of legislation, activity of technological parks was practically halted. For the change of situation it is necessary to renew normatively-legislative base of creation and functioning of technological parks, that successfully operated in 2000-2004 years, and to provide suitable measures of state support. Implementation of these measures will allow to save technological parks in Ukraine and to provide the indexes of 2002-2004 years, that will be instrumental in creation of the innovative system of Ukraine in future.
