It was found, that erosions and ulcers of stomach mucosa were dewoted in patients who took high doses of the NSAIDs, or combination of the all three groups of the medications. The named medications in moore cases got lover the basis stomach secretion, what was the case of breaking the reparative and protective functions of the mucosa. It was grounded the inclution of cytoprotectors and acid blockers to the treatment of the medicine-induced gastropathy.
