The aim of the work: to develop and manufacture experimental samples of amperometric biosensors for analysis of formaldehyde in food products, pharmaceuticals and environment. The aim of the stage for 2009 year: to develop and manufacture experimental sample of amperometric biosensor, to make protocol of analysis and technical manual for employment of device, to applied constructed experimental sample of electrochemical biosensor for analysis in real samples, containing FA. Methods of investigation: microbiological, biochemical, physico-chemical, enzymatic, electrochemical, programmatic, biosensor. Electrochemical processes, that take place on platinised graphite and platinised gold electrodes in the presence of different concentrations of formaldehyde, were investigated. For such chemosensors the high amperometric response for formaldehyde was revealed. It was shown that sensitivity of sensors in the presence of analyte concentration 0?15 mM is changed in the range of 49,1-42,8 mА·l/mole and 28,8-30,3 mА·l/mole, respectively. General composition and tumimg of experimental sample of amperometric biosensor for formaldehyde assay was done. Protocol of analysis and technical manual for employment of device were elaborated. Verification of developed algorithm of analysis for amperometric biosensor, constructed in a form of microcomputer analyzer, was conducted. Approbation of experimental model of amperometric biosensor for formaldehyde determination in real samples of pharmaceutical "Formidron" and disinfectant "Descoton forte" was done. Fitness of constructed chemo- and biosensors for assay of formaldehyde in real samples in the mode of multiple additions of standard was shown based on correlation analysis.
