If q is greater than 10 there is a sharp phase transition. In other cases the phase transition is disturbed. b) the character of the phase transition in the H-bond subsystem depends on the ratio between the H-bond and Van der Waals energies of intermolecular interaction. The temperature dependence of the average number of H-bonds is determined. Based on the developed model, the number of fluctuations of H-bonds formed by the water molecule is analyzed. Changes in the properties of H-bond network at a constant temperature T influence the behavior of shear viscosity and self-diffusion coefficient for water and water solutions, thermal conductivity and mobility of ions. With the help of computer simulations the structure of clusters in the water-glycerin, water-ethanol, water-pycoline is developed.
