An information-technological infrastructure for monitoring of the atmosphere and sea shore state has been created in Experimental Department of Marine Hydrophysical Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (ED MHI NASU). ED MHI NASU for many decades performs observations of the state of environment, and a large set of natural observation data has been accumulated. The results of research include: 1) subregional oceanological block; 2) subregional information-analytical system of collection, processing, storing and use of information for the monitoring of sea aquatic areas near South Crimea; 3) data base of the state of natural environment near South Crimea; 4) recommendations on organizing, collection, systematization, and processing of information in the land-sea interface zone.
