Purpose of the work: synthesis of 4-amino-3thioxo-5-oxo-6-R-1,2,4-triazines derivatives, by hydrozinolysis of te hydrazine hydrate, interaction with carbonyl compounds (carboxylic acids, halogen anhydrides of acids), heterocyclization of hydrazinotriazines on nitrogene's atoms in position 2 of the heterocycle for the reception of new derivatives which can display high biological activity. Research the possibility of use of 5-oxo-3-thioxo-4-R'-6-R-1,2,4-triazines derivatives for the further heterocyclization formation with reception of new bicyclic systems. For achievement of this purpose following research problems are supplied: Synthesis 5-оxо-3-thioxo-4-R'-6-R-1,2,4-triazines derivative, using known praparative techniques both the offered new perspective and original methods; an establishment of a structure of new connections. Methods of researches: in work spectral methods of the analysis (IR-, NMR -, weight-spectrometry), chemical methods (the element analysis), chromatographic methods (thin-layer chromatography) are applied.
