The methods of long-term forecast of air temperature, wind speed, rivers discharge, temperature of the Black Sea pycnocline are developed. Typification of large-scale processes leading to the stormy weather conditions in the Azov and Black Sea basin is executed. The climatic regionalisation and wind wave energy characteristics is estimated for the areas of oil and gas exploration in the north-western part of the Black Sea. The system of operational analysis and forecast of the surface meteorological fields of the Black Sea with high resolution is developed. The experimental National Center of marine forecasting is created, results of analyses and forecasts of sea temperature, salinity, currents and sea level are available via the Internet. The elements of the system of diagnosis and forecast of ecosystem dynamics based on a numeral multidisciplinary model of the Black Sea are created. A structure and contents of the early tsunami warning system is developed for the Black Sea. Scientific cruises were conducted in the areas of the Kertch channel, Tuzla island, Kalamitskiy bay, Evpatoriya bay, South coast of Crimea, Dnieper and Boug estuary, north-western shelf. The estimation of groundwater discharges as part of water and salt budget of Crimean peninsula coastal areas is made. Probing devices are developed for hydrological and hydrochemical research, dynamics of sediments and radar measurements of sea surface. A network of the multidisciplinary monitoring is developed for ecologically vulnerable regions of the Black Sea coast. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
