Lazaryan popup.description2 Using the method of main components the analysis of capable masses of the Dnepropetrovsk area is executed and stability of development of districts is appraised to on to three to the integral indexes: economy, ecology and social sphere. The network model of territories of district level is offered, on the basis of which dynamic models are got for every district. Dynamic models are contained by the managing influencing, adopting which it is possible a priori to estimate their consequences. If set the desired state of district in a year, are in a position to determine the value of indexes of the external influencing. The original method of calculations of the rational influencing as tasks of vectorial optimization, in which the vector of estimation of the rational influencing is contained by an income (profit or any other additive index), time of realization of measures, is offered.
