Mathematical models of fluctuations influence on movement of heat and mass transfer in a capillary are advanced. It shows, that fluctuations result almost in full disappearance of a hysteresis. Physical and mathematical processes in a thermal pipe work under conditions of vibrating actions are advanced, it allows to determine the biggest parameters of fluctuations in a capillary - the porous structure to stabilize it. The range of frequencies in which fluctuations give the maximal influence on the basic operating mode of a thermal pipe is determined. The range of frequencies, in which fluctuations in the greatest possible degree influence the given works of a thermal pipe is experimentally determined, and also at a changing gravitational field. Mathematical model of an output on an operational mode of a thermal pipe, as an element of system of cooling of the liquid engine of a rocket, is considered. It is established, the that efficiency of porous heat and mass transfer achieves the biggest values on the upper border of a laminar zone of heat and mass transfer movement. The procedure which allows to determine a range of porous heat and mass transfer operating and project data is developed, that allows improve heat transfer by blocking losses from hydraulics. The received results allow increase quality and accuracy of the forecast of external actions influence on efficiency heat and mass transfer processes and allow to develop new more effective both compact equipment and technological processes.
