It is stated, that the extent of thermodynamic improvement of thermochemical method of primary energy transformation in the form of heat into energy of compressed hydrogen exceeds by efficiency mechanical method of compression. An experimental model of metal-hydride thermal sorption compressor is produced and tested. Recommendations are made for applying metal-hydride thermal sorption compressor as a part of integrated metal-hydride technology specifically for hydrogen purification in cooling system of turboelectric generator with the help of metal-hydrides.
