The order of the state examination was established to examine technogenous safety of building objects on the planning stage; the mechanism is offered to obtain the data on the current state of the objects of infrastructure; recommendation were worked out to increase the level of corrosive protection, longevity and reliability of capital assets; recommendations were worked out to manage technogenous risks; recommendation were worked out to improve the existent branch system for providing reliability and safe exploitation of buildings, constructions, equipment and engineering networks; measures which will promote the development of economic principles of the resource-saving program and corrosion protection of construction materials in the basic industries of Ukraine are formulated.
