With the help of extralight torsion balances observations of several solar and lunar eclipses of 2008-2009 are made. At now many convincing experimental data are obtained which proof the fact that extralight torsion balances show specific reaction at the moments of special planet-solar configurations when the Sun, the Moon and the Earth are arranged along/close to one line. For the first time it is shown that besides the specific reaction during the moments of eclipses, extralight torsion balances allow us to register out the so-called "a daily cycle" which is presumably acssociated with daily movement of the Sun but not has a gravitational nature. A rate of implementation: two articles containing results of observations have been published. Area of application: Results can be used in astrophysics and gravimetry for finding-out the reasons of the observable physical anomalies, and also for specification of the gravitational constant value.
