The comparative study of CL anticancer efficacy and immunologic activity depending of B. subtilis 7025 culture medium was conducted. The results indicate that B. subtilis 7025 can be cultivated on optimized semisynthetic Gause medium, what will help to standardize CL isolation technique and to reduce the price of it. Aminoacid composition and the main physicochemical properties of CL were analyzed. Immunological action of CL includes activating of adoptive cellular and humoral reactions of immune response and natural anticancer resistance mechanisms. Mechanisms which mediate long-lasting balance in the immune system of animals immunized with CL are: preservation of macrophages functional reserves, formation of immune system compensatory reactions on CL lymphomyelotoxic action, inhibition of tumor-associated immunosuppression.
