The purpose of the investigation is the study of interaction of electrophiles with organic nucleophiles and molecular receptors with the aim of elucidation of molecular structure and functional properties of obtaining compounds. Methods of investigation were IR, UV and NMR spectroscopy, potentiometric titration, tensiometry, viscometry, calorimetry, quantum-chemical calculations. The novel molecules O-, P-, Si-podands , natural polyphenol gossypol and its derivatives, oxyquinoline ethers, chemically modified humic acides have been obtained. Structure and physico-chemical characteristics of synthesised compounds and their ions and molecular complexes have been estаblished. The factors influencing behavior of humate in transphase processes have been determined. The results of investigation might be useful for the development and broadening of the existing ideas about influence of complexation on physico- chemical properties of organic molecular receptors in nucleophilic displacement reactions and transphase processes. It might have an essentional meaning for the understanding and programming of novel O-, P-, Si-podands, biologically active substancies (gossypol derivatives), surfactants (modified humates) action.
