Object of research - piezoresonance vibration devices on the basis of the crystal vibrator with a single-sided mass-loading and an inter-electrode air-gap (QRSMLAG) as a stabilizing device of quartz oscillators (QCO). Research objective - development of QRSMLAG analytical and numerical models on the basis of a crystalline element (CE) vibrations in view of demands of application RED in QCO, obtaining of relations for definition of effect of the basic technological and exterior destabilizing factors on QRSMLAG's parameters. Methods of research - a vibration theory, the theory differential and integral calculus, the theory of the differential equations in partial derivatives, numerical methods, methods of the conditional optimization, methods of mathematical model operation. The analysis of methods of mathematical model operation of CE 's oscillations is obtained. The mathematical model of QRSMLAG's oscillations is developed, parameters of the QRSMLAG's electrical equivalent circuit are improved. The software is developed and mathematical model operation of QRSMLAG's oscillations on the basis of this model is fulfilled. Results of research can be implanted in devices of a radio engineering and telecommunications by development RED of stabilization, selection of frequency, and data units of physical sensors on the basis of QRSMLAG.
