A purpose of work is development scientifically-methodical manuals "Economic researches, linked with the use of rights on the objects of intellectual property", in which the expounded principles, methodical approaches, procedures and various background paper, related to realization of economic researches on exercising right on the objects of intellectual property (OIP). Research methods are scientific (general) and special methods of judicial examination, methods of economic analysis, marketing analysis, innovative management. Theoretical and practical results - the attempt of systematization of economic researches, related to violation of rights on the objects of OIP is done in this report; found out the different categories of questions which are put for consideration of judicial experts in expert researches of different types of OIP; found out problems, related to conducting of economic researches; the analysis of possible character of the sought after calculation sizes which represent the quantitative results of economic researches is executed; for every type of OIP a level is resulted informatively-methodical providing. The novelty of the got results consists in that in grain and is maintenance of the considered questions of robot research of methodical base for the estimation of competitiveness of rights on OIP; to the organizational model which represents the terms of realization of process of creation and realization of rights on OIS; economic consequences of violation of rights on OIP; economic consequences of violation of rights, coming from concrete situations, depending on the different prognoses of development of consequences. Efficiency of introduction - research has a practical orientation. A manual is counted on judicial experts, which execute economic researches, linked with the use of rights on OIP, on preparation on the appropriation of qualification of judicial expert on speciality 13.9 "Economic researches in the field of intellectual property". Sphere (industry) of the use - a manual can be utillized students and managers on intellectual property, by the appraisers of rights on the objects of intellectual property, judges, investigators, advocates, operative and by other practical workers in the process of their activity.
