The purpose of the work is the study of electric and thermal processes in electrotechnical systems with multi-step power transformation and creation of submersible electrodischarge assemblies with improved weight and dimensions, power and operating characteristics. To determine the level of electrodischarge effect on the perforation orifice of the well, mathematical model was developed and tested in fluid. Recommendations are formed for the selection of technological parameters of a submersible electrodischarge assembly at working temperature to 1000С and hydrostatic pressure to 50 MPa. Basing on theoretical and experimental research of electric and thermal modes of a charge unit, capacitor, and discharger, the new method is offered of discharge stabilization and increase of its efficiency, which allowed to increase the efficiency rate of the charge unit to 40%.
