The purpose of work is to determine general and individual features of physical processes, technical and technological ways of EHPT of a wide range of melt components to determine single and complex rates of action efficiency. Main methodologies of decision making are developed, within the framework of a system analysis, for the triad "technology-structure-properties" at use of a technological method of a secondary electrohydropulse treatment of melts. Conceptual approaches are determined for structurizing of such a system for which the synthesis is made by methods of functional systems analysis with determined sub-purposes on the information transmission channel. Thus, for the subsystem describing physical processes of treatment, single and complex rates of external parameters of loading are determined which combine the parameters of a melt, discharge circuit parameters and electrodischarge elastic oscillations generator (EDEOG) parameters. It is proved that geometrical characteristics of EDEOG considerably influence the amplitude and frequency range of pulse pressure in a melt. Recommendations are compiled for the ways of optimization of technological methods of EDEOG with the prospect of their industrial use. The sphere of use - moulding industry.
