The purpose of the paper is determination of technological modes of electrodischarge and electroexplosive metal treatment (both solid with inclusions of carbon or metal, and organic liquids) allowing to acquire high-technology carbon nanomaterials of different functional purposes. Scientific concepts are enriched regarding NCMs' synthesis by methods based on physical principles of a conductor and electric discharge's electroexplosion in organic liquids. Conductor's electroexplosion method was used to determine the conditions of synthesis and storage of new allotropic forms of nano-size carbon that are characterized by correlations between the power delivered to the conductor and sublimation power, growth velocity and current density, and also thermo-physical properties of liquid organic hardening medium. Use of ethanol in the process of graphite electroexplosive treatment allows to gain fullerenes, nanotubes and nanofibers; use of tolyol - nanotubes and high fullerenes; use of hexane - diamond-like particles, nanotubes and graphite scales. It is determined for the first time that electrodischarge treatment of organic liquids with specific power from 0.1 to 10 MJ/l allows to acquire nanocarbon materials with controlled type of a short ranger order defined by the degree of carbon atoms hybridization in a final fluid. Resulting from electrodischarge treatment of cyclohexane, powders can be acquired with nanodiamonds of a volume weight up to 110 kg/m3. The sphere of use - materials science, powder metallurgy.
