These mechanisms are agreed upon collective shift and rotaion of nanoparticles of zirconia dioxide with joining along interfaces due to oxygen diffusion in the interlayer (600-1000°С) and formation of full joint between particles during activation of diffusion of zirconium ions and nanoparticles adjustment in electric field of charged pores (1000-1300°С). It is shown, that pressure, sintering temperature, particle size and surface state of nanopowders are the parameters that determine sintering mechanism on isothermal stage (1300, 1400,1500°С). Variation of these parameters leads to nonuniform change of compacts and ceramics density. It is shown, that HHP and PMF can be used for surface modification and structure reorganization of nanopowders, that leads to joint improvement between particles during their consolidation under compacting phase of treatment.
