The methods for investigation: low temperature asing for slaggs (AS) and slames ; raw material pressing; X-Ray analysis; derivatography. Novelty. in antracite slaggs (AS) and slames light smelting minerals were found (galit, bassanit, glauberit), Ca- and Fe- compaunds, which promote light smelting eutectics formation, last are the reasons for sticking more refractoring particles and slagging. The antracite slaggs (AS) and slames are possible to aggregate , the degree of which is less with decreasing fuel humidity. The degree of burning off for antracite slagg (AS) and slames is decreasing with size of fuel particles. Theoretic and practical results. The reasons for slagging surface of heating and ash trapping systems on Starobashevo TES are examined. The he recomendations for prevantion of slagging ash trapping systems in the furnace CBL. are working up: 1) fuel drying to humidity 8%, 2) crushing particls to size 2 mm, 3) incresing cool air hold into first zone of ash cooler.
